RATES & REBATES

Family Dispute Resolution

As Family Mediation specialists, we are well aware of the financial pressures that result from separation and divorce. Our aim is to keep you out of a costly contested Court process. Our services result in a fraction of the cost of litigation, which can amount to tens of thousands of dollars. Unlike some practices, we will not charge for sundry items such as emails, faxes and photo-copying, which often result in costs spiralling out of control. To assist clients in planning, we provide a fixed schedule for Family Dispute Resolution services, so from the outset clients are prepared and aware of the likely cost.

Referrals from FDR process:

Resolve Sydney understands that clients may require a range of services to support them with the effects of separation and divorce, ranging from legal advice, financial planning and additional psychological support. We collaborate and have established relationships with practitioners in other fields to facilitate referrals, whilst ensuring clients retain complete control over their decision-making. Referrals to these additional services are free of charge.
